The death of a child of any age, is possibly the most difficult loss to accept. It destroys what we perceive to be the natural order of things and forces parents and families into a seemingly unbearable emotional experience. Whether your child was an infant, a toddler, an adolescent, or an adult you will be experiencing a whole range of emotions and amidst those emotions you find yourselves needing to arrange a funeral.
When a child dies
Here at Elizabeth Way you will be in safe hands. We will care for you and help you to care for your child, supporting you in any way that we can.
We have a special children's resting room where you can spend time with your child and you will be able to experience a warm, safe and peaceful place in which to say your goodbyes.
We make no professional charges for children's funerals (up to the age of sixteen) and provide a choice of coloured caskets free of charge, We can help you to plan your childs funeral at our offices or at your home where you may feel more comfortable. We are here for you before , during and long after the funeral.
